Transition

Life is full of both milestone and unexpected transitions. We look at these points as ‘my life before ……  and my life after…..”  They can include, school to work transitions, marriages, births, deaths, job loss or change, divorce, retirement …  the list is endless.

Sometimes these transitions seem to occur with little to no disruption.  Sometimes, however, we are left feeling overwhelmed and unsure.
